The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The tour desk at the hotel made it incredibly easy to book all of our excursions and explore the stunning natural beauty of the area.- The free WiFi in the rooms allowed us to stay connected and share our amazing adventures with friends and family.- Our room had a breathtaking view of the Licancabur Volcano, which made waking up in the morning truly memorable.- The private bathroom in our room was equipped with modern amenities and free toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Room change issue.

The outside area of the hostel was amazing, we loved having breakfast under the pergola every morning. The location was convenient, just a short and safe walk to the city center and close to the bus station. The staff, especially Arnaldo, were fantastic and helped us book tours and provided interesting information about the region. Both my kids and I had a great time and highly recommend this place. Thanks to Arnaldo and the team for making our stay enjoyable.
